Tips to Educate Children for Single Parents

Educating children is certainly a happy obligation if realized with full faith. However, that does not mean there are no obstacles and sadness in raising children, especially for those who have to live their destiny as a single parent or single mom.

Being a single mom is both a challenge and a big advantage if understood in depth. It is said to be a benefit because there lies a very broad charity, because a single mom must also be able to act as a father to her children, and it is said to be a challenge because a mother must be really able to be able to change her heart in the face of all the unpleasant circumstances.

However, whatever it is, we should remain excited and optimistic about the role that God has given to single parents or single moms. How in history it has been recorded that the great names of Muslim intellectual figures are precisely present from the building of a mother herself. Call it Imam Shafi'i and Imam Bukhori.

Both became great scholars until now precisely because they were educated alone by a mother who had a determination of faith and fortitude in the face of suffering.

For that there is no reason for apra single parent not to successfully educate his children. Just to share, here are some single parent tips to educate children well.

First,give affection by always paying attention to all his activities. With a few warm soft touches, the child will not feel lonely.

Second,listen to the child's story and make educational comments.

Third,create a safe atmosphere, so that the child does not feel fear. Try to protect your children well.

Fourth,make a schedule of eating and playing together, so that time can be well divided with children.

Fifth,give them praise, when doing good activities or amazing achievements. In addition, you can give him a gift that he wants.

Sixth,give criticism about his wrong attitude, set a good example so that children realize that what he did was wrong.

Seventh, always pray and rely only on Allah almighty Ta'ala, while never stopping to always read la haula wala quwwata illa baril aliyil adhim.
